At this point the armatures have all been completed and the Eagles have all been cast. A fixture has been built at APEX which mounts the Eagles and Wreath in the same positions as the finished monument.

The wreath is leveled and is now ready for the ribbons to be fabricated. The wreath is a hollow piece of statuary and weighs about 3300 pounds.
